Amanda had recently taken a job in Atlanta, GA traveling for different owner/developer clients her company obtained all of the US. One of her first assignments happened to be Wilmington, Delaware. Little did she know she was going to meet her future husband just days upon arrival.
Starting a new chapter of growing & glowing both professionally but most importantly personally, Amanda was back on the dating scene during covid. The first app she downloaded was Bumble.
Her bumble profile specified “I have height restrictions as multifamily housing have breed restrictions. Don’t be that guy IYKYK.” Her first date from the app was with one of her first
matches- cue in-Seth Sederstrom a 26 y/o blonde hair, blue eyed, 6 ‘5 Financial Advisor/Stockbroker from York, PA. For their first date, Seth had initially planned to take Amanda to a local coffee shop, but she suggested visiting a local winery instead. After picking her up at the Hotel Dupont, they spent a wonderful afternoon enjoying Sauvignon Blanc and charcuterie while engaging in delightful conversation. It was Seth’s first experience with wine, and he came to understand why Jesus turned water into wine… “It’s good stuff!”

Instead of taking on new assignments, Amanda extended her contract to stay in the area. They spent the rest of the year in the tri-state area, road-tripping on the weekends and bonding over new places and experiences. Amanda’s job allowed her to travel to different cities, and Seth would visit her in each one. She encouraged Seth to move to a larger city to pursue better opportunities and motivated him to transition into high-end sales. Seth’s determination led him to join Cardone Capital by late December 2021.

Amanda received an exciting assignment in Nashville, TN, working for a client based in Louisiana. The downtown project was a 31-story high-rise. She kept extending her contract in Nashville because she loved the area so much. With Seth’s new job being so strenuous, the long-distance relationship started taking a toll on them. They knew if their love could last long distance, they would be able to conquer anything, so Amanda made the difficult decision to leave her job. They decided to set roots down together in downtown Fort Lauderdale.This time, it was Seth’s turn to encourage Amanda’s potential. He motivated her to pursue a career in the fitness industry, specializing in Lagree, Pilates and personal training.

Over the next year, they continued to grow together both personally and professionally. Seth made Amanda’s dream come true by taking her on a real African Safari vacation and proposing to her during a private sunset dinner in the bush. Afterward, they went on a short engagement trip to Zanzibar to relax. They later had a small civil ceremony with
just their immediate family up north. They are now preparing to celebrate Seth’s 30th birthday in Costa Rica, and a month later, they will be in Japan to celebrate Amanda’s birthday. Despite their plans to start a family soon, they hope to continue their love for travel, aiming for 4 to 5 children and planning to settle down in South Florida.
